Anna Budd:​ Real Estate has the perception of being a ‘boy’s network’ where success is derived from who you know. That is changing as a lot of women have broken through the old culture. There has never been a better time for women to join the industry.

Fiona Hipkiss:​ Hardest for me in my early career was the fact there were fewer female team leaders to make you think ‘I can do that too’. Fortunately, we are moving past that now and I have the pleasure of working with some talented and inspiring women in senior positions across all types of roles.

Elena Vakali: This has been the case historically, but we are definitely moving away from that. The industry is still male dominated, but there is much more opportunity. Over the years there has been an advancement in opportunity for not just different genders, but also in terms of backgrounds. Over the years the industry has become more global and more diverse.
